Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter & Promotional Period

1.1 The promoter is MatchPint Ltd., trading as FANZO (“FANZO”) (Company Number: 07168721), registered at 3A Westbourne Road, London, N7 8AR

1.2 The promotion runs from 12:00 on Friday 15 August 2025 to 22:59 on Sunday 24 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over.

2.2 Excludes:

  • Immediate family members of the Promoter or its agents
  • Anyone professionally associated with the promotion

2.3 All participants must be of legal drinking age in the United Kingdom.

2.4 FANZO reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry where these terms are breached.

3. How to Enter – Spin to Win

3.1 The promotion is available on the FANZO app for every UK-televised Premier League football match during the Promotional Period.

3.2 Participants can check in to a participating venue each day and spin the Pint of Guinness for a chance to win a prize.

3.3 When a participant spins the Pint of Guinness, they will immediately receive a randomly allocated result and be informed in the app whether they have won. Images of prizes displayed in the app are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact prize received.

3.4 All check-ins expire at 22:59 each day. Participants must spin the wheel before 22:59 on the day of check-in.

3.5 Each participant is limited to one entry per day during the Promotional Period.

3.6 Participants must have an active internet connection via 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, or equivalent to enter and play. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures caused by the participant’s connection.

4. Prizes & Redemption

4.1 Participants are playing for the chance to win a prize as defined below.

4.2 The Promoter intends to give away the following prizes during the Promotional Period, subject to availability, match outcomes, and the rules of this promotion. The actual number of prizes awarded may be lower depending on the results of eligible matches and participant wins:

a. Pints

  • 10,720 pints of Guinness or Guinness 0.0

b. Merchandise and other prizes

  • 12,000 Glassware items
  • 2,650 Beer Coozies
  • 672 T-Shirts
  • 335 Water Bottles
  • 168 Sports Bags
  • 10 pairs of Premier League match tickets (see clause 4.5 for details on how these are awarded)

4.3 Pints

a. Winners of a pint will be notified immediately in the app and directed to their Prize Wallet.

b. Pints will be awarded as either Instant Win or Mid-Week, as follows:

  • Instant Win: Redeemable immediately and valid for 24 hours from the time of winning. Can be redeemed any day between 12:00 and 23:00.
  • Mid-Week: Available from the next weekday after winning and valid for 7 days from that date. Can only be redeemed on weekdays between 12:00 and 23:00.

c. Pints will be stored in the Prize Wallet within the FANZO app.

d. Winners may choose to redeem a pint of Guinness or a soft drink alternative where available.

e. Pints must be redeemed in a participating venue and are subject to availability and the venue manager’s discretion.

f. Redemption must take place during the hours specified for each prize type above.

4.4 Merchandise and Other Prizes

a. Winners will be notified immediately in the app.

b. Images of prizes displayed in the app are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact prize received.

c. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize and provide any required delivery details in the app or by email.

d. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes.

e. The Promoter will aim to dispatch prizes within 28 days of receiving confirmation of acceptance.

f. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or undelivered prizes.

g. For the purposes of prize fulfilment, the Promoter will share winners’ necessary contact and delivery details with HH Global, who will dispatch prizes on the Promoter’s behalf. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.5 Monthly Ticket Draw

a. Every spin entry where the participant does not win an instant prize will be automatically entered into the monthly Premier League Ticket Draw for that calendar month.

b. On the first day following the end of a calendar month during the Promotional Period (excluding May 2026 – see 4.5h), one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries for the corresponding month.

c. The prize for each draw is one pair of tickets to an English Premier League 2025/26 match.

d. When contacted, the winner will be asked to confirm their preferred Premier League club. The Promoter will endeavour to offer three home match options for that club from which the winner may choose one.

e. If the winner’s preferred club is not available, the Promoter will offer three alternative matches from the Premier League schedule, from which the winner may choose one.

f. All attendees must be aged 18 or over. The Promoter is not responsible for, and will not cover, any costs associated with attending the match, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or subsistence.

g. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute matches if circumstances require, including fixture changes, cancellations, or ticket availability issues.

h. For May 2026, the Promoter will confirm the prize arrangements, taking into account fixture scheduling and ticket availability.

i. Confirmation of acceptance must be received by the date mentioned in the initial correspondence and no later than 48 hours after the initial correspondence was sent.

j. The recipient agrees to abide by the stadium’s rules, the Premier League Code of Conduct, and any relevant laws during the event.

k. The provider of the ticket is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attending the event.

l. In the event of match cancellation or ticket issues beyond the provider’s control, no replacement or compensation will be provided.

4.6 Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

4.7 If a winner experiences any issue with prize redemption or delivery, they must contact the Promoter immediately at info@fanzo.com.

4.8 In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

5. Leaderboards & Public Display

5.1 By participating, players consent to their first name and the first letter of their surname being displayed on public leaderboards in-venue and/or in the FANZO app.

6. General Terms

6.1 All entries must be made via the FANZO app.

6.2 Participants must have location services enabled when checking in at a participating venue.

6.3 All entries through third parties, groups, or agents are invalid. Any attempt to cheat, circumvent, or automate participation will result in disqualification and possible permanent ban from FANZO.

6.4 The Promoter, its partners, and affiliates are not liable for any costs incurred in downloading the app or participating in the promotion.

6.5 The Promoter’s decisions in respect of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.6 Any costs incurred in accessing the FANZO app or participating in the promotion (including mobile data charges) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

7. Data Protection

7.1 By entering the promotion, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with FANZO’s Privacy Policy at https://www.fanzo.com/en-ie/privacy-policy and relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.2 Winners may be contacted by the Promoter to request consent for use of their name and/or photograph in promotional materials.

8. Liability

8.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising in connection with the promotion.

8.2 The Promoter will not be liable where:

a) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;

b) the loss or damage was not reasonably foreseeable;

c) the loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms; or

d) the loss or damage results from business or third-party losses.

9. Changes & Cancellation

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if events beyond its control occur, including the postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of matches, fraud, or technical failures. In such cases, affected entries will be void as per clause 4.3 and no prizes will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

9.2 Any such changes will aim to minimise impact to participants.

10. Governing Law

11.0 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
